Bellevue Union School District Online Registration Portal.  

This website is the first step in registering students new to Bellevue Union School District and allows you to quickly start the process of registering your TK-6th grade or Early Learning Center student(s) for school. Please use this enrollment form to enroll your new student to any of the schools listed below. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected.

  • Meadow View Elementary
  • Taylor Mountain Elementary
  • Early Learning Center (preschool only)


PLEASE NOTE: Parents/Guardians have the opportunity to upload pictures or copies of the required documents listed below to complete their registration, however, school offices may request physical copies of some documents.

In order to register a new student at Bellevue Union School District, you must have a valid address within School District boundaries.  Before beginning the registration process, please click hereto verify that your address is within the BUSD boundaries.

To use this online registration portal you must have a valid email address; if you do not have a valid email address you will need to create one before continuing.  If you are unable to complete the online registration process in one sitting, you may save what you have completed and resume the process at a later time. Registration online takes 20-30 minutes.

If you need to complete a previously saved registration, or re-print a registration confirmation report, click the Login button below.


Information needed to complete the online registration process:

  • A valid address within school district boundaries

  • Physician name and phone number (if applicable)

  • Electronic copies (.pdf document or LEGIBLE photograph) of the following (registration will not complete without an attachment for each item):

    • Child’s birth certificate, hospital certificate or passport

    • Valid proof of residency within the school district (PG&E or Water bill, internet bill, lease)

    • Current immunization record

    • Physical & Dental Assessment (contact school for additional information)




*Student placement is based on available space at each site for each grade level within the district. Therefore, the school for which you register your child may not be the one in which they are ultimately placed.
